Regine Basha

 

Regine Basha is an independent curator and art writer who has worked nationally and internationally for the past 12 years having worked with non-profit spaces in Montreal, New York, Istanbul and recently as Adjunt Curator for Arthouse in Austin, Texas. She is a 1996 graduate of the Center For Curatorial Studies Program at Bard College, New York. Her curatorial work has explored various exhibition formats and specific modes of artists’ production and distribution in both public and private spaces. She is co-founder of Fluent~Collaborative, and Grackleworld.com. Her writing appears in numerous exhibition catalogs most recently for Stephen Vitiello, Daniel Bozhkov, and Dario Robleto/Jeremy Blake, as well as in the publications Cabinet, Modern Painters, Art Papers, Bidoun and ArtLies.
